Your goods will be despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days of your order with an estimated delivery time of or within 5 working days, with the exception of public holidays. We are not liable for any delay caused due to adverse weather conditions or Royal Mail/other courier strike action or any other unforeseen circumstances causing delay to your delivery.
Please note a signature will be required upon delivery so please make sure somebody will be available to accept and sign for your parcel at the given delivery address. If it has not been possible to deliver your parcel/obtain a signature then the courier will leave a card through your door and it is your responsibility to contact the delivery office to arrange redelivery.
If duty is payable customs authorities will contact you regarding payment before delivery can be made. You can contact your local customs authority for further information regarding these charges.
